"Ordered on line and when I got home the order was all wrong. Went back and the girl there was very rude. Never said they were sorry. Were poor customer service. They lost me as a customer!!!!!"

"AWFUL customer service, she took care of everyone in the line but when it came to us she just leave us there standing. We waited for a really long time and she said that she had to do other stuff. We ended up leaving since I was in lunch break and I had to get back to work. I will never be back here."

"Ordered 2 subs online. They were out of turkey, so they called me asking what else i wanted. I told them ham was fine. When i got to the store about 10 minutes later, the subs were still not made. DJ mixed up the subs and gave us the wrong toppings. When we came back to the store to tell him he messed up, he said i must’ve put it in wrong on the app. When he realized it was his mistake he gave me attitude and said “We can’t make it. We don’t have the stuff”. When i asked for a refund he said I was going to have to wait 30+ minutes because his manager lives about 30-40 minutes away and he didn’t have access to that “feature”. I told him to forget about it and walked out without my subs or my money."

"Ordered Sub online, put specific instructions on where to put the bacon and to my surprise, they didn't put neither the bacon (which cost extra) nor the cheese. Attached are pictures of the sub and the receipt. The worst part is when I contacted the store, the employee who answered had an attitude and gave me the "I didn't make the sub" even though there's only 2 employees at that time, which was after 8pm. Her "solution" is either for me to go back to the store, which is 30 minutes away from where I live or go another day to have the Sub remade. Side note, the Sub was supposed to be toasted but as you can see in the picture that's not the case."
