"I went here to get 2 six in. Sandwich deals and 2 free cookies, and the prissy little manager said " YOU CAN ONLY GET ONE SANDWICH PER CUSTOMER" then I tried using the 1 free cookie W/ purchase of any item, and She smartmouthed " YOU CAN EITHER GET THE SANDWICH, OR THE FREE COOKIE. WHICH ONE WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE"? My father and I won't be going back. And besides that, THE BREAD TASTED STALE. My father couldn't even chew it."

"Customer service was poor I asked to have my sandwich cut in half with wrapper on it. The representative kept stating I cut in half. She walked to the back and when returned I explained to her that I wanted her to cut it with the wrapper, she got very rude and said we dont do that, it's against policy and said I will do it this time but it want be a next time. I know that against policy was not true. I have always had them cut my sandwich in half with the wrapper. She is the first subway employee to respond to me like that. I told her that her customer service skills was poor and she had a bad attitude. She identified herself as the manger and told me to leave. With her nastiness she is right it will never be a next time. Never let a crappie person still your joy."
