"Make the travel to the Location in Winter Haven before going here. They continuously make orders incorrectly. Be warned to constantly check your food at this location. Last New BM custom ordered was cold… Like Come on you have one Job…"

"Pulled up to the drive through at 5 AM to 7 cars ahead of us. Sign on the door says the dining room opens at 5:00 so we decided to go in, but the door was locked. We were spotted immediately by an employee inside, who quickly left our view. Over the next several minutes other employees were seen moving through the dining room and kitchen, making sure not to make eye contact. Remember we're still locked out. Eventually, who I believe was the opening manager, let us in and apologize for the wait. She was the only one that seemed to care about customer service. I realize it's 5 AM. But I also realize all of this could have been avoided by staff arriving at least an half hour earlier. Oh yeah. The drink station was in shambles and the floor was sticky from the night before. None of the people working were at fault. It's a upper management issue. Do turn into Popeyes."

"Very dirty, slow, and had live electrical outlets and conduit just sitting in reach of children. One drink machine was entirely down, the other only dispensed flat drinks. The tea was 4 hours past the "use by" sticker on it. Multiple problems. Will not be coming back again. Pictures are of the exposed mains electrical wires I had to avoid getting out of my car."
