"I went in for my birthday reward. I was very pleasantly surprised that it loader within hours to my account. I had just signed up. It was my actual birthday. I had dropped off grandson & friends to a church youth event. I didn't have anyone to eat with me. I was able to enjoy this special birthday treat without having to have another person buy an entree. Kudos to Denny's. My server, Judy, was amazing & so friendly & kind. I recommend this Denny's. The food was amazing. I love a soft biscuit, not a hard one. Theirs was perfect with the yummy sausage gravy on it. Eggs over easy were perfect & delicious bacon."

"Jackie B is one of the best servers we have ever had at any Dennys location. My husband and I travel for work and love the Denny franchise. But the service is generally sub par. Today in a Saturday morning Jackie even while training a new employee showed a level of service that you rarely see in this day and age. National trainers take notes. This woman has what it takes to make people feel happy and cared for. Thank you Jackie. We will return to Winter Haven as often as possible now. Just for the amazing service."

We were greated and seated right away and we felt like we were missed by the team even though it had been a long time since we've been here. The food was hot fresh and mouth watering!!
