"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DD! I pay SEVEN dollars and thirty cents for a coffee, I should get what I order! For some reason they can't seem to add the caramel to an iced caramel macchiato! They have done that to me TWICE! I also shouldn't have to wait FIFTEEN minutes to get it either! I counted 5 cars that got their order behind me and 2 cars from the parking lot, while I waited at the 2nd window for mine, and didn't even get what I ordered or an apology! What I got for $7.30 was a watered down milk and espresso! I will NEVER go to this location again, EVER!"

"Lake Alfred location won't accept the coupons claiming they aren't eligible even though it is in the Tampa bay area. Bait and trap. You only find out when you go there."

"The building is new and modern but they charge you for water cups. Listed on the receipt as “local item” just trifling and GHETTO. Not even McDonalds charges for water and on top of that they didn’t even give me the correct size"

"I just don’t understand. From when I would get light ice in my coffee (for 2 years) then all of a sudden my coffees are half full. Now 9/10 times Alyssa has a nasty attitude or tone about her. I just don’t get it. You chose to have this job. So smile. If you don’t like it then get a new one. You literally get paid to smile and give people coffee. But instead you ruin my morning most of the time now. I usually don’t complain but I’m over it."

"Ordered an Ice Matta latte with almond milk. Asked for lite ice. Once she realized she didn’t make enough she added more ice to try and fill the cup. The cup was only half full, instead of adding more latte the worker handed me the half full cup! I requested a refund. Alissa (I asked her name) she didn’t even greet me stated she’s the manager! Poor customer service to say the least!!! I’m not paying $6.38 for a cup of ice!"
