"I went in this morning for my usual coffee and bacon. I ordered on the app and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I waited around for 20 minutes and asked what was going on. I thought maybe I didn’t click order on the app. When I went on there I accidentally ordered twice and tried canceling one of them but it didn’t go through so I was double charged. I went in after work and the young Hispanic girl was super nice and handled it and made things right for me. I didn’t get her name but all the staff here are amazing and do a great job everyday. One negative experience won’t stop me from going back. Things happen and life goes on. Thank you to all the staff for always working hard and making good coffee with a smile."

"I went in and ordered the same drink I order every week. I always ask for skim instead of cream. I was given my drink made incorrectly and the cup even said cream on the outside. You can clearly tell the difference between cream and skim milk in a cup. I politely told the girl I asked for skim and she rolled her eyes and went to remake it. I could hear her and her co-worker talking about how wasteful it was and annoying. She came back a minute later and handed me the exact same drink and made a smart comment to me. At that point I’d already waited over twenty minutes in line and my two year old was melting down on the floor so I left and left the drink on the counter. It’s really uncalled for to be treated that way when all I wanted was a coffee."

"The person at the drive thru didn’t know what she was doing nor did she care to ask her manager for help. Promo scan wasn’t working for her but she was brushing it off like it didn’t matter, nor did she scan for my points when I told her to. I asked for manager and she acted like she didn’t care either. (Said name was Lavita) Horrible service."
