"We waited 15 minutes just to place our order. And it wasn't busy. This looks like a good place for a fast food restaurant. Also, we were there at 5:00, the start of dinner, and we got the last 2 baked potatoes."

"Good was not right salad sucked was old wilted d ink machine busted leaking water in floor nobody mopped in the whole hour we were dining drink machine half outta sodas ice machine not working young staff customer service nowhere near as it should be multiple customers complaining of same issues Only reason for the single star is because no place for zero stars as an option"

"Worst Wendy's experience ever. This location should be closed instead. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing, and the atmosphere was very unprofessional. The cooks were watching videos on their phones while several of us waited inside because the drive-thru was supposedly 'closed.' After more than 20 minutes of waiting, my order was still incorrect, and to make matters worse, the sandwiches and fries were cold. This place should definitely be closed if that's the service they are willing to offer"

"Very poor customer service in drive through. Was waiting in front of menu display for a long time and when we went to pay through the window and noticed there were more than 3 girls just talking and chilling instead of taking care of take out orders in the drive through. The manager should take care of those girls."
