"Amber’s store unfortunately lost internet and while that is frustrating, I needed to use the restroom and she luckily let me but made rude comments the whole time which was disheartening because you never know who is having a really bad day and ready to end it all. Very unprofessional and just makes you lose hope in people."

"I Love this store! One improvement would be receipt paper at the pumps! As most business owners need receipts for gas! We are always in a hurry to get to our destinations! The reason most people pay at the pump is to avoid the lines inside! If we get fuel at the pump, we also need a receipt! It's not time saving, if we have to go inside to get a print out! Please help the small business owners! owners"

"Why is people rude working with customer service? I was there today and I ask for 2 tickets and a QP tickets , I said to the guy in the store his name is Paulie or something like, he was very rude to me , he tell me I schould said the before, but I did I said and also a QP tickets please. He was screaming and yelling, and I said I need my QP tickets. He was refused to sell me the rest of my tickets, I give a $20 dollar bill . He was giving me only $10 dollars back I said you owe me $6 dollar, he open the cashier and give me only $2 dollar, I said again you owe me money, and he said you just want free tickets I said Sr I’m given you a $20 bill. He doesn’t have any idea how yo treat people , I will get it if a was disrespectful to him, But I was not! And I ask him for manager or corporate . He stating he doesn’t know the number. And is the Circle K In branch Forbes rd. Corner with Glenn in plant city . From now on I just need to drove to Wawa."

"Was the remodel paid for by cutting back staff? I frequent this location almost daily, anywhere from 5am to 9pm and I have only seen 1 clerk getting ran into the ground with a line going to the back of the store and wrapping into another isle. I finished my large coffee by the time I got to the register. This is lame management (Manager usually locked in broom closet / office) while the clerk has to deal with a plethora of impatient rude customers. Obviously management cannot see this other issue from the office chair. The Handicapped space is on the wrong side. The senior gentleman with a waking aid that parked there also commented on the affluent scientist who came up with this debacle. I assisted him as he had to tackle the 8" curb. Opposite side is the graded walk."

"If you are Handicapped; you might want to find another store. There have been multiple incidents of neglect for ADA guidelines. They don't realize that the largest handicapped population is right here in Florida & are the individuals that can take the time to read & decide where to spend. I would give this store 0 stars if it didn't appear like I forgot. You can't pay at the pump to get gas & they ARE collecting your pin information twice!!!! Aside from; having to go into a store where 50% of the customers are not masked placing Your health at risk!!!"
