"Great place that people from Chicago told me I needed to try. Chili dog was ok, beef sandwich was decent, and beef n cheddar croissant was delicious. We were advised to get our sandwiches dipped or wet which made them taste good but severely messy. Employees were very polite and courteous. Restaurant was super clean with cool nostalgic decor."

"This was the first time I had been to Portillo's in Brandon. I really wasn't sure what to get. When you go, you need to know everything is separate on the menu. You purchase your drink, fries, and the main course separate. I got a polish sausage, fries, and a drink, and my friend got the same along with a Chili Dog. I think I would have preferred the Chili Dog. The polish sausage was good... but the Chili Dog looked better. I'm sure at some point I'll try it again."

"Fun place to get some good old fashioned food. Ordering was easy and the decor was neat to check out while waiting for our food. Burger and onion rings were delicious. Next time I will try one of their dogs and a dessert for sure."

"CHOCOLATE CAKE SHAKES!! BEST HOT DOGS TOO!! Portillos was part of fluffy, the comedians joke. About the whole slice of cake being blending with ice cream. It is so creamy, and you get hits of chocolate frosting and creamy ice cream and little cake pr Pieces all at once. It is so filling to also the price is so freaking great! 4.79 a large :) lasted me and husband 2 days we shared it as a treat."

"Here, you can get quality sandwiches! Portillo’s is a chain restaurant that’s known for Italian beef and chocolate cake. The interior has good theming, and has a good vibe. However, the floors and tables were dirty. The service is good, and delivered our food in a timely manner. The food here has always been great. The chili dog and the Italian beef croissant all had very good flavor & texture. The fries in cheese dip is excellent, and adds a lot to the flavor and texture. The onion rings also had a strong flavor. The chocolate cake is a great dessert, and is recommended to take home. Overall, Portillos is still good, but they need to work on cleanliness."
