"These people are not answering the phone and they’re in the customer service business. I just called three times waited through 12 rings each and then it went to voicemail. What kind of schlocky customer service operations is this. Internet ordering is an onerous mess not customer friendly and will never beat a phone order. Mike illitch would be totally embarrassed!!!"

"I order from here regularly. Usually once a week or so. I get our order delivered via DoorDash. I don’t know if this is a DoorDash issue or a LC issue but it’s getting annoying. Today they forgot my Pepsi and my crazy bread has NO Parmesan cheese on it. The last order they forgot my Caesar wings. It appears the only way to get my order done correctly is to drive to the store myself. And even then I have to check it prior to leaving. Once they gave me the wrong pizza. I wish staff would be a bit more diligent about making sure orders are correct. It’s a huge inconvenience to have to drive to a store when I ordered delivery and it added $10 to the cost. Especially today when I don’t have time to go to the store. And when you call it just rings and the voicemail is full. Not pleased."
"Food is fine, but the service today was TRASH. I almost lost my composure and cursed this…lady out. I walked in and went to the machine to get my order, it said unrecognizable. So I tried to get her attention. A short Spanish girl. In case you see this it was on December 28 at 4 you was wearing a white shirt black jeans. Excuse me. Excuse me. Said it about 8 times. Even the guy next to me who was waiting on his door dash tried to get her attention. Completely ignoring me. The phone is going off and she’s saying we should unplug the phone. Still I stand there for 5 minutes being ignored. Then the gentleman in the back comes to the front. I said excuse me I’m here to pick up my order that has been ready for 10 minutes already. I gave the number as well as the name he says I’m going to check. Being that this is open space (the store) him checking is basically him going back to work. Ignored again. Finally the door dash order was ready and she comes over. I say again excuse me I’m trying to get my order that is ready. What’s the number she says I say the number we don’t have that. What’s the name I say it. Oh it’s right here. Well I tried the code and your machine wasn’t taking it. She puts the food on the counter with attitude. Mind you I never lost my cool. But I wanted to say F off. Anyhow you don’t like your job quit. It’s a customer service job you deal with people be more people friendly. As for the store owner it’s not cool having only two people hold down that store. If someone called out you need to step up and help your business. Worst experience ever. At least customer service wise. Step your game up and do better."
"I would not recommend ordering online via the app. I called the minute after I hit send on the app and they would not modify or refund my order before it was even made. Couldn’t call the store because the voicemail was full, and the 1-800 number said too bad. Time span on this interaction was order submitted at 4:32, and exhausted all options via phone by 4:36. Update: the manager of the store called and emailed me to apologize for the issue and provided me with a refund, so that was appreciated!"
