"Very disappointed in this location. Everytime I order online and to pick up in drive thru , they put it in pickup window inside. Yesterday I arrived to pick up my order I go through drive thru and of course I had to park and go in. No one acknowledged me. I seen a manager and got her attention as my food was not in pick up area . The manager said oh I'm sorry he messed that up and went to get my order from drive thru. Then had to go get my drinks. When she got my drinks they were wrong sizes. I went to tell her that but she sat the drinks down so fast and walked away before I could say anything to her. I've worked in management in fast food and other management positions. I have never treated a customer the way I was treated yesterday. Customer service at this location sucks."

"THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY GIFTCARD WITH MONEY STILL REMAINING ON IT!!! So first of all I don’t complain often but right off the bat the girl had a bad attitude.. I can move past that but then we go to pay and we give her our 20$ gift card and she takes it and gives us the receipt and KEPT MY GIFTCARD WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE AND SHE WALKED AWAY AND SHUT THE WINDOW! then we get out coffee and they give us smalls when we ordered and paid for mediums! okay and then on top of that i ordered a macchiato and it was just a regular iced coffee with literally no coffee just milk… i'm astonished on how bad that was it felt like a joke"

"Drive thru Fries were overcooked Nuggets were undercooked. 2 cubes of ice in a Coke Plus they forgot 2 items Horrible experience"

"We stopped at this location ordered 2 big breakfast and an iced coffee it took them 20 minutes to give us our food and people that ordered after us for dine in got served before us. Now our food is cold and we have just thrown it away so we wasted $15 to not enjoy our food what a waste. The manager on shift didn’t even offer us a refund or anything but sorry for the wait we had to make more eggs while the rest of our food just sat there getting cold. We will not be back to waste our money."
