"Kind of a shock seeing my order. I have heard a lot of reviews about how good the food is. The chicken tenders were as small a little chicken fingers and the chicken breast sandwich was very thin. It was as if it was filleted in half. Menue pictures are very, very deceiving. Sorry, but I was really disappointed. I don't understand the hype."

"Not sure how mobile orders ahead of time work exactly. However I put in a mobile drive through order since I was on a time crunch. Lady at the window asked me to pull up to drive thru parking for a milkshake, waited about 10 minutes before walking inside, she made me a milkshake however it was the wrong flavor. Overall the food was fine, but maybe they can work on communication. As this is a fast food joint, people promptly eat here to get out at a timely manner."

"This place was extremely busy on a Saturday evening. It seemed like an entire soccer team showed up. Our food came out quickly but our milkshakes were taking a while. We had finished up our meals and still hadn’t gotten them so I went and asked. After taking my name and looking up the order the manager asked for my credit card. “There is no reason you should have waited twenty minutes for your milkshakes. I am refunding you for them.” The wait was not good, but the manager’s kindness and calmness about the issue more than made up for it."

"This particular location is awesome. With some really great employees. The seasonal shakes are always delicious. I usually have them without the whipped cream. The peppermint shake is typically during Christmas time but can show up at other times of the year. As well as the peach shake. They have a bunch of different sauces to try for the fries - you can't lose with the original sauce"
