McDonald's

"I'm really frustrated with McDonald's. It's becoming a recurring issue when I order takeout through Uber Eats. Sometimes the restaurant does not have the sundae I ordered, sometimes the fries are missing! But what's worse is that they don't bother to let me know. Instead, they just leave it out without any explanation. And on the occasions when they do try to substitute it, they seem to randomly select items like a beef burger, which I don't consume. I end up losing $5-6 each time and there seems to be a general lack of consideration for my preferences."

"Made a quick stop through the drive-thru at breakfast time. By the time I got to my meal, I realized that I've been given the wrong thing. I called the store and talked to the manager and she tried to give me several options to make up for the fact that I got the wrong food. I appreciate that."
