"We frequent this location a couple times a month & our sub orders are always correct, ready on time & fresh. The staff here are all very friendly & helpful. For example, today I pre-ordered online for our subs to be ready at 6:55 but I accidentally typed in "5:55" & didn't realize my mistake until after check out/payment so I called the location & spoke to Anita, (I think that's her name) she was so nice & got my order info so she could change it to the correct pickup time for me. While on the phone I could hear it was busy there but she was so nice & took time to pleasantly help me. I've worked in the service industry for many years & really appreciate great service like this."

"Charged $14.19 for a foot long Turkey and Roast Beef sandwich. Had exactly one slice of Roast Beef on each side, and maybe 4 slices of Turkey on each side. Should have just stuck to my guns and gone to Publix. 2x the meat for about 30% lower price."

"I arrived to do a customers DoorDash to the subway and the building is completely closed, no lights on, door locked nobody there. The hours on the door state they are open until 10 PM. I went to the nearest store by and a worker informed me that his girlfriend was working and that I can still go in she just closes early. This in fact is not true I’m not sure who else this has affected but I do feel sorry for the person whom I could not deliver their order. It is 9:20 PM the store is supposed to close at 10 PM."

"Fairly good experience, at around this time(6pm) its very calm and barely anyone. Good place to hang out and the employees seem good, had a good interaction with them. Also its extremely clean."
