McDonald's

"I don't know what is going on here, but it was lunchtime and busy. There were a lot of waiting on drive thru orders and understandable, but they were out of any kind of sodas. I got a Big Mac and the pickles were laying in the bottom of the bag. The prices have gone up and the product is smaller and less tasteful. It was really greasy. I was really disappointed and I wasn't offered any discount being I didn't receive any drink. I paid $9+ for the sandwich and a medium fry. I feel like I threw away that $9 and change."

"Drive thur experience the lady taking the order was cussing told her child in the car and then said what do you want. Ordered our son his happy meal only then went to the window asked to speak to a manager lady said "No English" got our food threw at us i checked it to see a simple happy meal order was wrong. Tried to get her to fix it but she laughed and said "No English" handed us our drink and shut the window. Worst employees ever and done with all Nasty McDonald's."

"Our food was timely and great but we sat at the only clean table in the dining room. There were 2 full tables all of the rest were dirty, and there was a worker just standing at the counter doing nothing. In addition the cooking alarms were allowed to ring for several minutes which made for an awful atmosphere while trying to enjoy our breakfast."

"What. A. Disaster. I visited on September 18th between 4 and 5 pm. When I got to the drive thru box, I waited for fifteen minutes to have my order taken. Asked if they knew I was there, and he said "we're not taking orders right now". So I waited. Finally someone came over the speaker and took my order. Then another 15 minute wait to pay. No one was in the window when I arrived. Then I saw staff walk out the end of the building holding my food and drink and I hadn't even paid yet. Eventually I made it to the second window after the employee I saw holding my food, ran inside and took my payment. Then again, no one was there. I couldn't see any employees inside at all! But my food was there, sitting in the closed window. I waited another 3 minutes before I saw an employee, but he ignored me. I finally waved him down and pointed to my food in the window. He opened the window practically laughing and handed it to me, saying nothing at all. Shut the window and walked away. I checked the bag to make sure it was actually my food because he certainly didn't look to make sure. The food was of course cold and soggy. What a waste of money and 45 minutes of my time. I'm extremely disappointed. Those employees should be fired, except the one that took my payment. Looked like he was running the restaurant by himself."

"How is this acceptable?? My spicy chicken sandwich had 2 bases for the bun, the chicken is overcooked, dry and probably old. Just take a long, hard look at the pic below, the pickles are super dry with no flavor and the burger came like this with nothing else, not even the spicy sauce. The fried were cold but these can be reheated. I also ordered a Coke slush and it looked like a coffee instead of being frozen which is basically syrup witha little water. Avoid this location at all costs."
