Outback Steakhouse

"I recently visited Outback Steakhouse, and unfortunately, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the prices seemed excessively high for the quality of food served. To add to the disappointment, the steak, which I specifically ordered medium rare, was served almost raw. It’s clear there was a lack of attention to detail in preparing the meal to the customer’s preference. The dessert section was another letdown. It was blatantly obvious that the desserts offered were not homemade or freshly prepared but rather appeared to be bought from a grocery store, lacking any sort of culinary craftsmanship one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Furthermore, the side of asparagus served with my meal was mushy, suggesting it had been overcooked or perhaps left sitting out for too long before being served. This negligence in the preparation of the meal greatly detracted from the overall dining experience. To compound the issues with the food, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress, Connie, exhibited a level of rudeness that was both unnecessary and unwelcome. Additionally, she held onto our credit card for an hour, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience to our dining experience. Overall, the combination of overpriced and underwhelming food, coupled with poor service, made for a dining experience that I would not recommend. It’s disappointing to see such a well-known establishment fail to deliver on both food quality and customer service."

"We went out for Valentine's & IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We typically don't go out for holidays since it's usually hit or miss on service & atmosphere. Tonight was a HIT! We were welcomed & seating accommodations were made almost immediately. The lady's at the front were amazing! Wish I got their names cuz they deserve a shot out too! Dylan waited on us & was attentive & very nice! Even though it was super busy he made our table feel like we were the only one he was working! As a server myself, I appreciate when I get someone who likes what they do. Great personality Dylan!"

"Dylan was so helpful with recommendations and gave our group such perfectly-timed & friendly service! My mule, bone-in ribeye, and sweet potato with brown sugar and cinnamon were amazing."

"Honestly, this place is great. They were packed, as it was a Friday. The food was so delicious and pretty quick. Connie was our server and she was delightful! She made sure we were well taken care of. She was handling a bunch of table but managed to do it all! Jazz also came over to talked to us and made sure we were good!"

"So we went in and was seated in a both. Waiter came too our table not once but twice while we were waiting to order with someone else's food. But our problem started with the appetizer which was a new Bloom shrimp with wasn't very good they were over cooked. And then we order my wife order shrimp and steak and noodles with a sauce!! Well they brought our dinner and there was no sauce Incorporated in my wife's food. I asked the waiter to get the manager and it took him 20 min for him to come to our table by that time our food is cold especially my T Bone steak greens and mash. So nobody had there game on that works there. There's no excuse everybody and everybody should be reprimanded."
