"I placed a pickup order that I prepaid and the takeout line was super long and not moving (probably due to people not prepaying) and when I went inside to get my takeout order I asked the hostess nicely if I could pick up my order because I had already paid, and before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and said “yeah no you have to wait in the line”. What’s the point of pickup/takeout/curbside when I could probably be seated easier? Also the lady at the host stand was RUDE. Sorry you dislike your job, but that is not a customers issue."

"I love Outback Steakhouse. Of all the chain restaurants I always find it to be the most inviting. Service at this one is excellent. Well trained staff and the food comes out right every time. I almost always get a blue cheese chopped salad and Alice springs chicken and I’m always happy with it!"

"We had a large party in the service started out great, but went down from there. I ordered a wedge salad with no onions, and it seems like I got extra onions. I ordered water with lemon to drink. My glass was inadvertently removed and when a new one was brought, I questioned the cleanliness, because suddenly in my plain water Tasted like strawberry. There was nothing in the water, so that’s why I wondered if the glass was dirty. I didn’t think I was ever going to get out of there. The checks were brought, and I only had soup and salad. There was an iced tea on my bill which I mentioned to the server. He took my bill away to correct it and seems as though he lost it. Anyway, I sat there an additional 35 minutes waiting to pay my $15 tab."

"Delicious Kingsland pasta. Creamy Alfredo pasta topped with well spiced skewered steak and seasoned grilled shrimp. I wish I hadn't filled up on the bread and the French onion soup. But now I get to bring some home for leftovers! Delicious blueberry lavender lemonade. Refreshing light fruity and doesn't taste strongly of alcohol. But best of all was the friendly staff Emily greeted us with a joke and and Brandi was so fun and sweet and checked on us often! Also the bartender helped out bring us an extra straw right away when he really didn't have to! Thanks to all these great people,I definitely recommend this Outback!"

"Place was a little crowded on a Friday night. The selection of food in their menu was great. They have a great selection also for the children and their prime rib I ordered with lobster was delicious. The place was very clean and despite the crowded night, the service was very good."
