"Ordered online , 50 wings and 2 chicken sandwiches, the delivery driver wich wings stop sub contracts for there delivery arrived and contacted me stated order was not ready I ordered at 3:59 its stated it. Would be delivered at 4:21 then got it message it was running late ,driver had to wait over a hour for the food, the driver ended getting the food delivered @ 6 pmwhen it arrived it was missing the 2 sandwiches, contacted driver and stated he was only handed 2 bags . I called the restaurant been on hold for 45 minutes and no answer. This is not acceptable especially when your spending over $100 including fees .stay away"

"Boneless wings were small and cold and my fries were cold as well like they were in the fridge with no seasoning at all. Never going back again. All the staff mostly high schooler were just laughing and playing around in the back blaring rap music."

"2nd time at this location. Service is very slow. This time I placed an online order at 5:50 pm for a 6:30 pm pick up. Arrived at 6:34 and food wasn't ready till 6:52. 1/2 the wings were good and tasty the other half(different sauce) was not so fresh."

"Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn’t 1 of the 4 flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. Awful experience for an $80 order."
