"Sauce for me was a little too sweet. Crust wasn't as crispy as I imagined it. But still pretty decent pizza."

"We order from Marco Pizza several times but this time they said the pizza would be delivered in 40 min. we order one and half hour later no Pizza and no one would pick up the pone. My husband called on his phone no one answered he waited 25min. on the phone wild he drove to the location to meet the Manager Kelley R. The phone were ringing and no staff member would pick up the phones. Food was cold The Manager needs to be Fired"

"Staff didn’t give me the receipt I needed to complete their private survey, so here I am on google... I haven’t eaten the pizza yet, but I’m so frustrated with my experience customer service-wise that I’m leaving this on the way back home. The girl working the front assumed that I ‘just’ placed my order and that was why it wasn’t ready, instead of actually checking on it for me. Basically dismissed me and advised me to wait. The guy making pizzas said he was backed up, which is understandable, but why was there still no apology? No sense of understanding from their staff, I was exhausted and ready to get back home as soon as possible and left at a time where my pizza should be ready by the time I arrived. So, I waited 10 min past the ‘guaranteed’ time while my pizza actually sat for a little as I stood there, still waiting. One off my friends managed a Marcos in the past and I KNOW that kind of behavior wouldn’t be acceptable at that store... needless to say I won’t be coming back. I’d rather driver to a farther location where the service is ‘guaranteed’ to be better."

"Pretty good pizza here. Usually there is a wait though, even if you come when it says the pizza will be ready it's never done by the time it says it will be ready. Otherwise I have no complaints. Can be a bit pricey, but usually upside has an additional discount so that helps on the cost too."

"Everything would have been perfect if they hadn't got our order wrong. I ordered a medium meatball pizza, with regular Marinara sauce, and then a large spinach pizza with white sauce. Because my daughter can't have red Sauce. Unfortunately, when the pizzas arrived and the delivery guy had left. We realized both pizza's had red sauce on them. So my daughter wasn't able to eat. Which kind of upset her."
