"Worse employee service. Took 25 minutes to make one roll and the staff kept grabbing her phone without changing gloves out. The employee made the order wrong twice and complained about it. If she stopped grabbing her phone maybe she would have made it right. Seemed like staff did not care to be there at all. Will not return."

"Just ordered from Rollbotto (doordash). I paid for extra salmon and avocado and as a regular customer I'm aware that I received half of the regular serve. Attached a picture to proof. Very dissatisfied. Not ordering again."

"Hours are wrong. Came here 15 min before close and all the lights were off, inside no one even noticed me for 5+ min and all the food was already completely cleaned up with staff in the back chillin, they clearly already pre closed 10+ min before that, so likely 30 min before close for a fast food place. The excuse was if they don’t pre close that early then they’ll be there til 2am. Any real sushi restaurant would take my order 15 min before close but fast food sushi won’t because they have to pre close. Strange. I should’ve gone somewhere else. I appreciate the vast options but quality is also sub-par compared to previous years and prices have gone up a lot with the service going completely down. They usually only have one person in the front and maybe someone in the back and want you to order online or on tablets vs 3-4 people in the front 1-2 years ago. Unfortunate."

"MAJOR TOURIST TRAP: Holy WOW, what an incredible rip off. This whole $17 poke bowl “greens” salad…. is a tiny side salad at any other restaurant that would cost $4.99. I thought I was given the wrong order for a moment. I added 3 proteins…. which in this case total about 2.5 fork fulls. One fork of each ingredient - 8 cucumber half slices & a tbsp of cream cheese moves aside, not pictured - on top of an inch of watery shredded iceberg lettuce? For SEVENTEEN DOLLARS!? There’s giant $12-$15 poke bowls to be had at other restaurants that are two meals for a smaller person, which for $17 is what I was expecting. They contain real mixed greens & spinach & plenty of protein for the extra surcharge. They are worth it IMO. I usually can’t finish them in one meal. Not mention it took - no lie, just checked the time stamp on my receipt - 25 mins sitting & waiting to receive what is essentially a small side salad, as you are understaffed. Your staff were super nice & apologetic, I feel terrible for them. I left a $2 tip. For this. But this is not their fault. Edit: Another review says: “Call the health department.” I got home, opened this, it looked so sad & oddly watery, so I just threw it in the garbage. I’m not willing to chance getting sick over this sad handful. Unbelievable. And your dismissive replies to all these bad reviews… You’re not going to change your business plan at all? You can fool tourist first timers, but not locals."

"Not my favorite place for sushi but gets the job done quickly with filling me. The staff and service was great. It was definitely more in the fast-casual style of dining. The food itself was alright, topped with a lot of sauce and some of the rolls broke every time I tried to pick it up with chopsticks. Not really seeing myself coming back or recommending. Paid parking garages available nearby, free 2 hr parking available with the attached hotel nearby, with limited street parking."
