"I asked for a coffee was told it would take 10 minutes I asked for a chocolate chip cookie was told they didn't have anymore cookies. I use to come to thos Chick-fil-A all the time on my way to work at the Don Cesar was a great place but it has not the same standards as other Chick-fil-A. Thank you, still love Chick-fil-A just disappointed."

"Not worth the money. I went to this location last year. Chicken sandwich was just ok, much better places for chicken sandwichs. The "famous"waffle fries were a total disappointment. Served cold, soggy and undercooked. I decided to give them another try this year. Another disappointing visit. Chicken sandwich still just ok. The waffle fries were just as cold, soggy and undercooked as a year ago. Save your money and go elsewhere. The head office management should review this location for quality of the food."

"My mother came in tonight and picked up a take out order for me and brought it home. The sweet tea I got had a used MATCH that was at the bottom of the cup. I took a sip and almost choked on this match at first I thought it was a tea leaf but then I got a paper towel and squeezed it and wiped it and soot was all over the paper towel. This is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace meanwhile I called the manager and they told me "You can have a free meal" Please don't give these a-holes business. I'm currently at an albatross of whether I should file a lawsuit, I have never been in a situation like this before."

"Consistently upsetting. The fries are usually not full, the fruit salad is old, the kale is soggy, and their service is slow. They run out of things by 7:30. The workers never seem to know what to be doing, or understand some basic questions or commands. I’ve been to better Chick-fil-A’s."

"Very friendly staff, love the “my pleasure!” So old school and welcoming. Food was great, really fresh, moist chicken! Waffle fries are alright, but they still were fine! 5 stars for service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
