"Order # 23963358860492800 is my order number. I asked for 3 steak sandwiches and received 3 hashbrowns w/ steak on top. I also asked for hashbrowns w/ veggies on top and recieved cheese hashbrowns no veggies. Entire order was wrong. They threw a ton of sauce packets in my bag I didnt ask for and On top of that, the order was supposed to be ready at 12:40am and wasnt ready until 12:55am. Restaurant wasnt busy and I wasn't allowed inside to use their restroom because it was to late I was told. This is the Last time I will visit this franchise."

"0/5 Horrible! Missing part of the order, switched servers and new server didn't have a clue I was missing food. New server proceeded to give me half of the missing order and it was burnt with black pieces in it. Never had an experience like this in any Waffle House in or out of state."

"What a difference it makes when you are greeted by the servers when you walk in, such a nice touch! I found all the staff to be friendly helpful and more than willing to chat for a little bit to make the atmosphere more bright. It is mostly comfort/breakfast food... I had waffles, eggs sunny side up with sausage and grits and frankly it was all very tasty... It came out quickly and hit the spot...This waffle house was very clean as well. Kudos to the management for really making customers feel welcome."
