"This Chick-fil-A store does an excellent job of getting you in & out quickly for take-out orders. Their two lane entry way is staffed with courteous, capable agents who verify your online order or create one for you. They will answer questions and get you moving along in the queue quickly. Highly suggest using phone or web app to order ahead. Much quicker and easier for everyone. This store on N Dale Mabry always has high quality food and and gets the order right. Best part is the great attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Note that runners will carry pre-paid orders to cars in the queue so you can use the turnout just before checkout window to exit. Avoid waiting for someone in front of you to clear the window. Highly recommend this store."

"It is a stanard Chick-fil-A. The personal service is always good, the orders are fast, and the orders are right ever time we've gone to this location. The biggest issue with this location is the impact on Dale Mabry traffic due to long lines, and the lack of an app order only lane that is used at other locations in the area. The later very likely contributes to the former."

"Good food, good customer service, nothing wrong with Chick-fil-A, the only reason I gave it a two was because, it is the most unsafe drive-thru I have ever seen. I didn't even go through the drive-thru, I tried turning into Sam's, but was held 15 minutes because of people trying to get to this Chick-fil-A. Please work on and fix on how you direct traffic. It is literally coming out to the main street!"
