"I ordered pizza for delivery twice to my hotel room. The 1st time pizza was delivered to my door. Very friendly driver. The 2nd time I increased the tip because of how good the service was the 1st time. Unfortunately the driver this time left the pizza at the front desk. The app doesn't work with delivery status updates so I didn't know the food had been delivered. Also sadly the Hampton Inn front desk associate was too lazy to call and let me know my pizza was delivered and waiting. After a hour I went looking and found a cold pizza."

"One of worst foods we ever had. Normally I don't complain but whoever reads this you should know. The boneless chicken wings were raw. The pizza was horrible it was cold and we came to pick it up not delivery. Also waited at least 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We will never come back there. Maybe there should be more training for the staff."

"Not sure if Pizza Hut changed their recipe(s), or this store just does it better - but the pizza we ordered last night was hands-down the best Pizza Hut pizza Ive had since I was a kid (back when Pizza Hut was an actual restaurant you could go eat at. lol) Even my husband was blown away by how good it actually was. Great job! We'll definitely be ordered from this store again!"

"Like most I've had so much going on with the holidays I completely forgot about dinner AND the fact that my kids were having friends over to bake cookies. I ran into this location, explained my dilemma and time limit. Josh was AMAZING! So nice and understanding. This guy and staff really saved the day! My kids were excited, pizza was great. This was truly the best experience I've ever had. Thank you again Josh for being this moms hero!"

"I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut in years! But I’m so glad I chose to go into the right one yesterday. Josh placed my ordered and was the nicest most professional person I’ve ever seen at these locations. He even bought food for a hungry homeless man that came in to the restaurant.
