"I was hoping the long wait for my food would be worth it. Was it though? No. The fries were good though. They were cooked perfectly with great texture and minimal salt. The burger? I was not impressed. It was just OK. I honestly was expecting to be more wowed. Oh well. I probably won't be back for their burgers but maybe for their fries."

"Went in after work on a Sunday around 445. Took a bit to get helped since they were hit with quite a few delivery orders, got onion rings and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The onions rings were fine (soggy), they was no syrup for the sobe water but cheerwine worked fine so that's cool, the sandwich however took about 17 minutes from the point of sale to hitting thr table and was extremely burnt and tough. Probably won't come back for a while especially with it costing 23 bucks for just myself getting a side, sandwich and soft drink."

"I had a Monger melt with cheddar, sautéed onions, bacon, and Monger sauce. I thought ordered a plain cheeseburger with ketchup for my son. Come to find out we forgot to order the cheese. They added it for no cost. We also had chicken strips. They have truffle ketchup as well as malt vinegar."

"I have ordered here multiple times and every time the put the wrong toppings on my burgers. I went in specifically and said they’ve been messed up in the past and went over the toppings multiple times and they managed to not even try at all. I’ve never left a review for anywhere let alone a negative one but it’s absurd that I said they’ve been messed up and I’m handed the completely wrong thing. There were no other customers in the store or orders on the screens, Ive been in food service ten years and there’s no excuse for this amount of laziness and just screw you to the customer. I even left them a tip they did not deserve at all."

"This message is for the manager - your employees need help, it’s Friday night and they have 3 people working. I just watched 8 people leave because the wait was too long, this is just wild for a burger spot. I work in operations and this is wild to watch. Meanwhile you’re building a bar on the other side of the restaurant?? How do you expect to pull that off?? Good luck. Side note - I love the burgers here it’s a bummer there isn’t more staff."
