"We absolutely love this place! The service and owners are incredible and make this place so special. Sang was our server and had spot on recommendations we are looking forward to having next time. He recommended the crunchy rice cake with spicy tuna (not too spicy) and we never would’ve thought to try it but we are going to be getting it every time. Also had the tuna red light and trifecta rolls which were both incredible. We got extra “get lit” sauce and we also will be getting it every time. Cannot recommend this place enough."

"My wife and I learned that the Asian Fusion restaurant Rice and Spice has been in business for 2 years, but we never had the pleasure of visiting until last night. We started with sushi as an appetizer - a Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll (made of Spicy Tuna with cucumber, scallions, masago topped with sesame seeds and flakes) and Spicy Crab Roll (made of Spicy Crab with masago, scallions, cucumber and sesame seeds). Both were tasty, but the Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll had a more pleasantly prominent flavor. My wife and I shared the Sai Oua and the Tipsy Noodle (with Shrimp as my chosen protein). The server gave me a choice of spiciness of 1 through 5 on the Tipsy Noodle (made up of stir-fried wide rice noodles with egg, mixed vegetables and basil leaves), and I choose 3, which was a good level for me. The really great surprise is the Sai Oua (Laotian Spicy pork herbal sausage with pickled Daikon and shredded carrot, served with Laotian sticky rice). The light but noticeable herbal flavor combines well with the tasty pork, well-complemented by the sticky rice. The Tipsy Noodles were very good, with string beans, red pepper, green pepper, onion and broccoli combining with the perfectly cooked wide noodles and shrimp. The service was great, with responsive, informative and non-intrusive assistance. The atmosphere is casual, clean and bright. (We were not looking for a romantic or intimate venue, our priority being great food and service.) We intend to return (so that I may try the Crispy Duck with Basil Sauce or the Crispy Snapper with Basil Sauce) and to bring friends and family. I strongly recommend Rice and Spice."

"The wife and I went to Rice & Spice last night for dinner and let me tell you, the word on the street is true. The sushi is the best in town and done the right way. Fresh, flavorful and forget the soy sauce, their in house sauces are amazing. The chef is very detail oriented and other restaurants should take a page from their service. You felt like a family member. We talked to the owner, the owners wife for awhile and our server was awesome, you can truly see they care about the product they put out. This is our new favorite spot. I would give it 10 stars if I could."

"This is a hidden gem of a restaurant in a small strip center on Sheldon Rd and well worth the trip. The owner and staff are very friendly and attentive and will explain each dish with care and recommend items to your preference. I've had calamari many places and this hands down is the best ever and surprisingly no sauce needed or served with it - very flavorful on its own. Did not sample the sushi but only a couple dishes and look forward to a return visit. The food is fresh, skillfully cooked and generous portions and explained as Asian Fusion. Well worth the trip."
