"This location will make you wait ten minutes then say through the speaker “Currently drive through only.” This was after the female employee saw us outside parked and apparently couldn’t trouble herself to give us the courtesy of telling us. Nor did they bother to have signage. Obviously I left and didn’t give this location my business."

"Normally I order through the app however the app was not working. The person taking the order obviously did not know the current deals/ promotion because I had to repeat myself multiple times. Finally I had to describe the items in the deal and she started ringing everything up individually. I gave up pulled of and went to McDonald's. Sucks cause I really wanted tots but not worth the aggravation."

"Around 11:07 pm I had place an online order and waited a good 30mins for not even my whole order. I got out of my car to go try to speak to someone to let them know what I was missing and no one wanted to address me. Then they brought out 1 medium fry and forgetting my two large fries. When someone tried to bring me out the fries they were cold and stale. My husband then had to get out of the car to come help and the lady had an attitude telling him that he didn’t order two large fries. Tried to show them my online order but they didn’t want to look. But thank Goodness for Britney because they weren’t trying to give me my order. Britney had to tell them that we did have two large fries. All the employees working tonight were rude, lazy and joking around to much. But Britney thank you so much for helping me and my family. Waiting over an hour was ridiculous and having to fight with employees was even more ridiculous. Will not be eating here again especially at night."

"For is just basic, but what’s expected for fast food..,, server was super cheery, and on point!! Nice to see a happy worker .. pleasant experience. The restroom was kinda yuck buts outdoors and people are pigs now days"

"Normally when I come here the service is slow, but it's friendly. Tonight, 2/1/2024 around 9:40pm, there were three people working, three cars parked in the waiting lots and two cars in the drive through. When I pulled around to the speaker, I saw a tall man coming outside for a smoke. There was a car at the speaker, presumably ordering. After five minutes I rolled down my window to see if any ordering was happening, but heard nothing. I shut off my car and waited. Another car pulled up behind me and waited. Ten more minutes went by and the car behind me left. Still not one word exchanged between the car in front of me and the speaker. Then I pulled around and saw one car at the window but no workers. I circled again, slowly, and another car had pulled up to where I had been waiting, so I drove around to the window again and still saw no one. I waited in a waiting lot and tried to use it but there was no answer. I drove around again and the same guy was still at the speaker, waiting. I drove past him and saw a second male inside pop his head around the window and look right at me, then a girl popped up from below the window, like a gopher, and looked out. Are the night shift workers hiding from customers? FORTY MINUTES!! That's unheard of. If a customer's order is so large that it's slowing down the whole line they should have told them to wait in one of the MANY empty lots. Hey SONIC, if you wondered why your store isn't getting more customers at night, it's because your workers hide from customers."
