"Absolutely horrible! I ordered the Santa Fe salad and the dressing was completely watered down the lettuce was wet and had zero flavor. We also ordered a great white pizza and it had so little cheese on it that the toppings fell off as soon as picking it up but I will admit that it at least had flavor. The icing on the cake was that we ordered a Pizookie and the chocolate ice cream was so freezer burnt that it was fuzzy looking and the center was a block of ice, They said it happens because the chocolate is not as popular I guess meaning it was old. To fix this they took away the pizookie and brought us icecream ,,,, no cookie ,,, like really?"

"This was our first time here and I am impressed. Miss Crystal was the best. She took great care of us. We loved her good vibes, she made us feel super comfortable as if we had known her forever. The food delicious. We will be back 100%"

"The online app is difficult. It transmitted my order wrong and then when they remade the pizza, wrong again. But!!! But!!! The manager was amazing and made it right without me even having to plead my case! Terrific customer service - terrific pizza (with Xtra sauce and cheese)"

"Me and my wife have been to BJ's about 5 times now, this location and by Countryside Mall. The vibe is nice, modern and great lighting. The food is always amazing. Some of the best pot stickers we have ever had. Pizza is always amazing. Service was great also. Lots of different beers if you are into that. Never a bad experience yet, highly recommend"

"Always enjoy the food choices here. My husband enjoys the Prime Rib special. I tried the Parmensean chicken, and it was delicious. Of course, I wish prices were a little less on drinks, but it's that way everywhere, unfortunately. Loved the free appetizer coupon they emailed me♡ Service has always been fantastic.
