"The decor is fun and eclectic. There was so much to look at while our order was being prepared that the time flew by. The waiter was very attentive and made suggestions When we asked about the preparation, he was very well-versed. We ordered a seafood paella for two and tostones as our appetizer. Both arrived hot and quickly. Although we would have liked more seafood in it, the paella was delicious. The rice was cooked just right; not over/under-done nor was it too dry/soupy with good flavors, not salty. They sometimes have live entertainment or karaoke. The evening we went they didn't. They had classic soul music softly playing. An overall very enjoyable dinner. Highly recommended."

"So my review for this place is mixed. Some items were miss and some were great. I ordered the skirt steak , I think churrasco Al matador on menu ? It was ok , good not great. There wasn’t any seasoning at all , not even salt&pepper , I’d maybe even say a light dusting of Adobo. It seemed like it was cooked on a flattop and not a grill so it was more steamed than grilled. The beans that came with this I was told were charro beans , but had that sweet bbq beans taste you might get from Sonny’s BBQ. , id maybe even say offer chimichurri on the side for flavor ? The flan and fried cheesecakes that we had were excellent. The chicken empeñadas were great The place seemed really dead the day we went in but I’ve heard it’s only really busy on the weekends. I feel like the place has potential but maybe the employees don’t care that much at the product / service that the customer receives."

"Omg! My daughter and I discovered this place today and had to try it for lunch! The food came out quick, hot and delicious. Our server Juan was super nice and very attentive! The decor was, of course, Matador theme with a small stage that I'm guessing they use for live entertainment in the evenings. We will definitely be back with the whole family!"

"Definitely a great and delicious location in Kissimmee away from the every day touristic locations. This restaurant was very unique menu with a Puertorican twist and you can get creative as they have a few options you can ask that aren’t in the menu. We had the Salmon with monfongo in a garlic sauce (which was not in the menu) and it had so much flavor. I also ordered the seafood paella and it was packed with seafood and enough for at least 2-3 people. The drinks were also pretty good. I would definitely recommend to give a try."
