"Just got back from our trip to Pass a Grille beach and decided to drive up to Treasure Island for our last dinner of the trip. Middle Grounds was recommended and it was spot on! Best dinner I’ve had in the area! Great service, drinks, clean and fast. I had stone crab and my husband had blackened Mahi Mahi…again, best meal we’ve had on the beach! Go you won’t be disappointed!"

"I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The food is next level, and so is the service. I had the pleasure of speaking with two of the managers, Sean Burnett and Wendi Coover. They are both absolutely fantastic! They have live music, and the voice of the woman I saw Thursday 10/19/23 was nothing short of amazing! I had several appetizers, and the mango nut encrusted grouper. Coconut shrimp, the creole egg rolls, and the absolute best seafood chowder. Do your taste buds a favor and check this place out!"

"Delicious…And this is not your typical fried fish only place. Been living in Treasure Island since 2020 and eat at Middle Grounds at least once a month. Besides the fact that most all their fish (just the Salmon) is caught by their own fleet… You have to move beyond the fish. The lamb shank is awesome. For the beaches and Treasure Island area is it one of the best and consistent."

"Overall Great Restaurant. Came to celebrate 6 year Anniversary. Food was on point. Creole Egg Rolls for appetizer..Wifey got the red snapper, and I had the Mahi Mahi--- both recommended specials and they were superb! Everyone was very friendly. Our Server Mel was Awesome and prompt! She even had a special dessert made for us to help celebrate! They had Live Music as well and Valet Parking.. Would definitely return if in the area again!"
