"Slowest drive through in the country, I’m sure of it. Every time I go, no matter what time of the day, I’m waiting at least a half hour for this mediocre food. I’ve been waiting in line since 6:46. It is now 7:07. Only two cars in front of me and one skipped out because of the wait. What’s the hold up, BK? Edit to add: sitting in line for another 30 hour this morning. Made to sit and wait 15 minutes just to place my order, and even longer to get my order. The man at the first window took my payment (my card) and walked away and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Like???? My order was wrong, even though the man made me repeat my simple order 3 times. My drink was only half full. This place is a joke. I came here thinking they’d read the reviews and improve or at least it’d be faster at a not so busy time, but they haven’t. Still move slower than a sloth and the way the drive through is set up, you can’t pull out to leave."
"Only takes one order per person/car, goes for dine in too. While taking the first one employees tend to make the next car wait 5 to 15 minutes just because getting food and taking transactions an so on until it everything finalized with just that one vehicle at the window. Mind you there are people on (30 minutes lunch break throughout the area) to say the least Wendy’s is much MUCH faster getting people in and out as a Fast Food restaurant I’d like to see the same at this location don’t care about the excuses. Very displeased on your timing. Do better"
"AVOID THIS BURGER KING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Horrible experience! The manager acted nice at first but became increasingly worse until the end when he was screaming at me. He should have been screaming at his sandwich maker. I go through the drive through and order a double cheeseburger with only ketchup, mayo, heavy lettuce, heavy onion on it. With a short drive through that leads directly into the street I was asked to pull up to the line at the street and wait. I had asked for extra straws and napkins. They weren't in the bag, so before pulling off, I requested them again. There was a spot in another business' parking lot to pull around to, which would then circle around to the drive through again I found out, so I was directed there. The manager came out with the napkins and straws, and since I was already parked, I opened my sandwich. It was missing the onion and lettuce I had paid for and had the nasty yellow mustard on it. I pulled through the drive through and told the manager and he said he'd correct it. I had to tell him "No" regarding pickles twice. So when I got the sandwich, guess what was on there? And I'm allergic to pickles, as my arms rash up. I had looked at the sandwich before pulling to the other parking lot, but only saw the heavy onion and lettuce. I bit into it and found the pickles. I was pissed. I'm also autistic, so I had to take some time to cool down and think through what I needed to say. I went inside and opened it up to show them. He wanted to know "what was wrong this time" and I held up the pickles and said I'm allergic to pickles and remined him I had to correct him twice. I insisted he upgrade to a Whopper. I had to get a napkin to wipe off my hands and was going to hand him the receipt so they could get the order right this time, but he insisted he didn't need it, and he recited what I had ordered. I still checked the sandwich before leaving. Tomato was on it. I had not asked for tomato. At least I'm not allergic to tomato. Then the manager decided to get mad at me, because I had "created a mess" on his counter. Yeah, the opened sandwich with pickles was still there, and the tomatoes I had put beside it before I was to walk out. He yelled at me to clean it up, and only because I'm a nice guy did I do it. I should have just walked out and let him clean up his own mess. I did tell him he should have gotten the order right. He didn't care. He yelled at me to leave. AVOID THIS BURGER KING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
"The only thing good about this place was the employee at the counter. She was trying to take orders at the counter then pack the counter orders and all the drive through orders. That made the customers inside wait so long while she packed all orders. She was very calm and pleasant to customers. The customers weren't so calm! The diet coke tasted so bad, not sure what was wrong with that! Both my Whopper and my husband's Whopper had the weirdest taste. We think it was the lettuce and tomatoes. We won't be coming back to this one. We will probably still go to the Burger King on 66th st. We have never had a problem there."
"We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese. When I got home there was no cheese and hardly any veggies. 1 small slice of tomato on both and just a bit of lettuce. No onion on mine at all. Never ever had a bad experience with Burger King till now. Shame on you."
