"With the way things are today it is very hard to get good customer service. The last place I expected to get excellent customer service was from Pizza Hut. I was pleasantly surprised when I had to contact the store and a gentleman by the name of Fred answered the phone. I was trying to make an online order and I was having a little problem with the app. Fred explained something to me and I fully expected to have to hang up and try it. Lo and behold, Fred told me not to worry, that he will stay on the phone with me while I attempted to make the order. I was still having an issue so Fred kindly took my order over the phone and made my experience with Pizza Hut 5 stars. Every company should have employees like Fred. Not only that, the pizza was exactly the way I ordered it, which again, is sometimes not the norm. Thank you Fred and thank you Pizza Hut for the nice, stress free meal."

"Pepperoni half was thicker and cooked longer, cheese half was not cooked as much but its ok because it will be good to re heat. Other than that it tasted great. The dessert was really good as well. Not hard at all and was warm still after I ate my pizza."

"No dine in. Delivery and take out only. Giving the food 4 stars bc in previous experiences when it's delivered or picked up HOT it's delicious. This time it was Luke warm. Drivers are always courteous. Hold time on the phone could be reduced but they are definitely under staffed. When you walk in you can see the panic on the employees faces and I mean everytime. They do the best they can."

"My Goddaughter and I were so hungry when we arrived at your Pizza Hut. We ordered two different pizzas, thin crust and regular. They were both scrumptious! Perfectly cooked. We also ordered the jumbo cookie which I'm embarrassed to say, we almost ate the whole thing. We felt as if we had been walking for days and we needed to refuel. Kevin, the man who helped place the order, he was fantastic. We did this face-to-face because we don't know much about calling ahead. He was patient, he was professional, but he was also fun and funny which was just what we needed. It was a tremendously good experience. We will definitely come there again in person for the pleasure of also seeing Kevin. And The food was superb. Many thanks, Laura Pruette"

"So it's been a hit or miss with pizza hut. I will say that the mobile app/rewards program is worth signing up for, and you can save some money by saving your points for FREE orders of bread sticks, cheese sticks, desserts, and more. Also, their personal pan pizzas are the best, maybe after their connastix, apple pies, and chocolate brownie. I thought Domino's had them beat with their chocolate lava cakes, but the 6 pack of apple pies for just a few bucks may be the icing on the cake. This location , and all of the surrounding areas, are tricky as far as who they'll deliver to. Even if you live right down the road, they'll tell you straight up "no, go somewhere else" if you call to order. The lady I spoke to was very rude and short with me about her "overworked delivery driver" who had a $150 order in Longwood he had to deliver, so my $40 order obviously was not only on the back burner, but out of the question. She offered no advice for alternative locations, phone numbers, nothing. Not to mention, Longwood is only 10 minutes from my house. So I didn't see how that mattered, considering I have an Altamonte Springs address, and so does this location. Also a set back, they are only open til 12 on M-F, and stop delivering about 45 minutes before that. The food is ok, if you like fast food pizza, but I recommend an online or on app order if you want delivery. Calling, apparently, is a thing of the past. Online, they can't tell you no!"
