Sebastian's Bistro

"Sebastian's Bistro was a great experience! The food is served family style and is absolutely delicious. Every dish was very flavorful and well prepared. It was such an impressive meal and it really exceeded expectations. The service was also great and we appreciated that we never felt rushed (which can sometimes happen with similar family style menu restaurants). The only small negative was the seating, which was a tad uncomfortable with how your feet rest against the base of the tables. I'd say this is a bit of an underappreciated spot among the Disney World resort restaurants, and would definitely recommend a visit!"

"Nice diversion from ordinary food. The prix fix menu gave a wide variety of options to try. We added the coconut shrimp which were excellent and only $10. The bread service with guava butter and salad with key lime dressing were outstanding. The entrees and sides were all quite good, with a nice Caribbean flair. The flank steak was nicely charred, but not particularly tender, the pulled pork was excellent, the citrus chicken subtle, the cod good but not notable. My wife is not an adventurous eater, and she left satisfied, though many items were not to her taste. Dinner finished with coconut-pineapple bread pudding with ice cream. Loved that."

"1st time visit. Plenty of food and probably the lowest cost family style meal at Disney for $38pp. Service was great. Not crowded at all. The bread pudding is almost identical to Ohana. The salad, steak and fish are very good."

"Lovely atmosphere and decor. Very friendly front of the house staff. All you can eat meal is lovely. Price is incredible affordable. Though the food flavor was okay, yes, I'd eat here again. Why, because the staff and relaxing atmosphere. The steak tenderness and flavor was inconsistent between the plates. The pretty salad didn't have the dressing tossed all the way through. My favorite thing on the table was the buttery rolls and the pineapple cake dessert. Second was the cilantro rice and beans but it needed a little more cilantro. Chicken was dry. Pulled pork was overly greasy but went well with the mango dressing. Curry dish was not what I think of as curry. It was more like a tomato stew. White Sangria was returned as the flavor was not sweet and didn't have the right fruits."

"Our server Gray was helpful and friendly very knowledgeable and professional! When we told our Gray about food allergies the Chef came out to discuss options. Everything came out in a timely manner. Food is delicious and plentiful. From rolls to salad and entrees no complaints. Desert was delicious also. At 32 dollars per person not bad! Will come back again."
