Wendy's

"When your dining in and they don't ask anything and give you a to go bag, it's rude and clearly showed they did not accept my presensce. Staff was staring at me like they wanted me to feel unwelcomed. Food quality was even poor. Sucks it's my local Wendy's too, not coming back to this Wendy's anymore."

"My wife's mobile order never went through, even with the confirmation number. Between her order, and me receiving the food in the store, it took almost an hour. There was a young woman up front with red and black hair running the entire show. She was dealing with the tons of pushy and rude customers and our order mix-up, on top of training someone. The entire time she was patient, polite and calm. The 5 stars are specifically for her. With 12 years of leadership experience myself, she's knocking it of the park. Review for 9/24/2022 between 4:30-5:30pm."

"They are not being honest. So I got breakfast this morning. A Baconator Combo. Price. $6.79 plus tax. So I order in drive thru. They say drive around.....never tell me the price. So I get to paying, and its now $7.71. I asked. Hold on, why the upcharge? The lady tells me "I ordered a medium combo." I told her thats what they are offering at 6.79 on the board. Do you guys automatically upsize and upcharge peoples combos? She said "Yes". As I was about to ask another question, she cut me off and just said "i'll change it" and then all changed the size of the combo too. She was very defensive and would not let me talk. So I left with my food. She didn't even both providing the receipt. I usually don't Karen out like this. But to me this is not an honest business to trick people out of an extra 75 cents per order. That adds up. Maybe advertise the price and say Make it Medium for Blah blah blah more instead. Stop tricking people out of their money."

"My app would not let me check out, so I tried to into the store 1 hour after it opens and the doors were locked. I got in line for the drive thru and told them about the problem. The manager met me at window said it was not her problem, and had to have a qr code to discount anything. I stated she as a manager should be able to override I was told no. I went ahead and payed full price, got home and instead of a sandwich with double meat they the put extra meat in a clamshell. I also did not get a bun top. Worth driving all the way to Poinciana instead."
