"While on a mini family vacation my sister and I ordered 2 of the 30 pc and the whole family got stomach bugs after eating them. We have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with the so called district manager but keep getting the run around and that he will call us tomorrow or the next day and it’s been almost a week."

"First visit at wingstop. The inside is very small. Only a couple of tables. The guy at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. They were cooking up a lot of to go orders. There wasn't a garbage available inside? The food was hot and fresh. Teens enjoyed it ."

"I rarely eat out and decided to get some wings yesterday November 26th, two young ladies came in while I made my order and they got their food before I did. Bottom line this place is garbage, I asked for fries and ten piece barbecue wings and because I asked them where’s my order they hurried and threw it together and had the nerve to give me a free brownie, extra wings and burnt fries which ruined it all. I ate three wings and they were horrible just drenched in barbecue sauce, I trashed it all."

"I recently ordered from this restaurant twice. On a Saturday night, I ordered 25 hickory-smoked bbq, 25 lemon herb, 20 garlic parmesan, and 10 louisiana rub. The bbq wings and Louisiana rub wings were excellent; the lemon herb wings were disappointing since only 10 of them had seasoning; the rest were lightly coated or had none at all. The garlic parmesan wings had little flavor; they tasted like a garnish rather than a sauce or seasoning that was supposed to cover the wings. I realize it was an hour and a half before closing, but I'd rather them contact me to modify the order than have my order be unsatisfactory. The following night, I ordered 40 hickory smoked bbq wings, 10 Louisiana rub wings, and 10 lemon herb wings. All were superbly covered in their individual seasonings and sauces. I bought 52 oz simply lemonades both times, as well as french fries, which should be ordered well done to avoid them becoming soggy, and extra fry seasoning to maximize flavor. The pickup service was slightly above average; the personnel were friendly, patient, and helpful in bringing my meal to my vehicle."
