Buffalo Wild Wings

"I used to order from here quite a bit, today will be the last. My wings were SO dry and hard...and somehow the sauce was dried on like they were made hours prior.....they were atrocious, I don't even know how anyone looked at those wings and said yes this is an acceptable order....I also got no celery or carrots and I also didn't get the ranch dipping sauce so basically half my order was missing, how hard is it to read a receipt and fulfill what it says? Nuts."

"I never write reviews but this establishment is ridiculous. I ordered a small delivery order. It took over three hours just for them to cancel our order and us not receive any food. Communication was lacking the entire time. They claimed they had a “system outage” two hours into waiting and that it would take another 45 minutes. Over another hour later and no updates whatsoever. Tried calling multiple times, kept us on hold and hung up with an automated message saying no one was available to take our call. Extremely disappointed and astounded by the lack of customer service or care."

"Paid extra for flats only, they gave me majority of drumsticks. My celery was slimy and brown. Went right into the trash. Lobby smells like wet towels that sat in a corner for a week. Positive was the girl who handed me my food was nice, and the food was ready at the promised time. This was my first time and last time at this location- was visiting on vacation and this location is nothing close to my home location."

"On a Saturday night, I picked up 60 wings. I had 30 plain without any sauce or seasoning, 15 honey bbq, and 15 sweet bbq. I was pleased with the portion, the sauce, the overall flavor, and the frying of the wings. However, the sauce on my wings leaked because the container's material was insufficient to hold them. Aside from that, the service was adequate, and the meal was tasty."

"I been going to BWW for 10 years. All over the state and out of state. This has been my local location since they closed Osceola Pkwy one. It was great and the managers and crew were great. Yesterday I had a not so great encounter from what I think was a manager. Wow, attitude! I just asked to be seated in a section I like you didn't have to eat me. For a person that's there a lot. Then as I was leaving I found this. Pictures would be added. I hope they didn't come from the kitchen. So sad! I really love BWW. I will be taking my business to the Lakeland location from now on. I live in Polk Co anyway."
