"Disgusting establishment. No one has cleaned anything in this restaurant, ever. The food was not good. The place was so dirty I can't believe we stayed (I couldn't talk our party of 5 into leaving to try someplace else). We wanted Perkins, they're next door. But they had two cooks call off today. So we came to iHOP. This place needs to be checked by the health department. I guarantee they shut em down for a few days to clean. Go somewhere else. This is NASTY!!!! I also ordered over medium eggs, they just don't know how to cook em. So many health and safety concerns here. The busboy did not use any sanitizer for the tables, he instead used a wet rag to barely wipe down the tables and maybe one of 5 chairs he hung around his waist ban. A gallon of milk was sitting on the counter when we arrived. We stayed for about 1hr and the milk finally was put into a refrigerator right before we got up to go. About 6 people who worked there walked by or pushed that gallon of milk out of their way during that 1hr. Two cans of whipped cream also live on the counter there. Nothing is kept at food safe temperatures. If we all get sick after this morning, well we know where it came from."

"Ah, the IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida! What a cool little place! I was there recently and I'll tell you what this relaxed experience was like. First, the location is great. It is very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect for a hearty breakfast before facing a day full of adventures. Parking is ample and I had no problem finding a space. The services are super efficient. As soon as I entered, I was promptly greeted by an incredibly pleasant and friendly attendant. She helped us with the menu and gave us some tips about the dishes. Speaking of the menu, IHOP has an impressive variety of options. From delicious pancakes to stuffed omelettes, you'll find something you like. And the best of all? Prices are very reasonable, especially for a tourist area like Kissimmee. The service, as I mentioned, was exceptional. All the staff seem genuinely concerned about making customers feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a family or friends gathering. The structure of the restaurant is very inviting. Spacious tables, comfortable chairs and a cheerful decor that puts you in a good mood. All in all, I definitely recommend IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, the service is first class and the atmosphere is welcoming. And a big highlight for the server who served us with a smile on her face throughout the meal. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give IHOP a solid 9. Be sure to visit when you are in the region. You will not regret. Enjoy!"

"I have visited this establishment before, and as usual, I felt the friendliness of the staff as I walked in. The food was great. I definitely will return. Not taking away from the service, I noticed they can use some upgrades to the restaurant."

"The atmosphere feels very crowded and tight, mostly because this ihop was so small. We were seated really quickly and the food came pretty quick as well. The pancakes here always taste amazing and I'm a big fan of their crispy and savory hashbrowns. We tried out some of their new crepes, thought those tasted okay, the breakfast ones were good but the cinnamon bun crepes not so much...the icing tasted cheap and the choclate was not melted and the textures felt weird together. Anyways aside from that I absolutely love their pancakes, always fluffy and tasty. I love their bacon and hashbrowns. 100% recommend."
