"No opportunity to speak to any kind of a human receptionist. You walk into a room and there are two laptops on stands with which you must you to check in. I was a walk-in, the instruction said it maybe 30 to 60 minutes. I waited for an hour and a half and got up and left. Worst service I have ever had. Will not be returning."

"Miss Wendy is the best! I've been coming to this location to get my blood drawn for about two years. She is so helpful and professional. Today we had a nice chat. I had an appointment and I was called in on time. Miss Wendy, I appreciate you very much!"

"This Quest location you come into a waiting room, but no reception desk. You can sign in on your phone or at a kiosk. People with vision disabilities can swipe with 3 fingers on the pad to check in. The service was fast and efficient in a clean facility."

"Removed humans and have to use the kiosk. The kiosks make no sense and does not allow the patient to understand how to pick the correct function. Why would I look under HELP for a specimen pick up? I then went to the website to make an appointment, only for the website to make no sense and provide no information on how to select an appointment. After finally losing my patience and being here for 2 hours, I asked a staff member who then told me that I was wrong and it was my fault. The website shows locations for appointments but never states that no appointments are available for that location and the selected date. Quest removed humans to make their profits higher, created horrible user experiences with their kiosks and websites but it’s my fault for not being smart enough to figure out their ridiculous products? In the end I had to call the Customer Service number to have an appointment made at another location. Absolutely the worst customer experience. Next time I’ll try to get the doctor to choose a different company."

"This location has a nice reception (besides the TV volume being waaaay too loud). Phlebotomist was professional. Unfortunately that was no supplies in the dark outdated bathroom to aid in urine sample collection as instructed in any doctor's office or lab restrooms."
