"Very fresh roast beef sandwich and auju dip. The drive-through ladies were very friendly and polite. This location on Colonial has the Mocha shake, unlike the Kirkman location. The shake machine has been broken for 2 years. Huge difference in service food and staff. If you have a choice, go to Colonial location. They also offer 1/2 lb roast beef sandwiches if you want some for later or are really hungry. Very fresh food, hot and crispy fries, and onion rings!!!! You will like this location."

"I’ve only picked up food from here a couple times, but my experiences were drastically different each time. One time the supervisor with glasses was great to me. Friendly, caring, good at her job. Another time I visited and the staff was just standing around, hard to get their attention. The cashier (short, blond hair) flung my roast beef sandwich around in its bag, and they didn’t have any mozzarella sticks ready, so it was a wait on those. As with most places, if good management is in, people will stay on task, if not great management is there, or on break, people will just laze about, talking and not paying attention to customers. Food was fine. Customer service could use a little work."

"Firstly, let me start by saying I am in love with your boneless buffalo wings, so happy you brought back the $6 nine-piece box. That being said, I probably visit this Arby's like four times a week due to this addiction, and I am always amazed by the awesome attitudes of the staff at this location. Even when they're super busy, I'm talking line wrapped around the building busy, they always get my order right. But, why I am really taking the time to write this review is because of one of the workers. Bree is absolutely amazing and always has an awesome attitude. Again, I come to this store like four times a week, and every time I am greeted by a smile as she seems to live in that window. She's always super pleasant, and very attentive. She even knows my preference on sauces, and always has them in a bag when I pull up- I don't know, maybe she has my voice memorized by now, but it's killer customer service in all the best ways. Thanks for your time, I really appreciate it. P.S. You should seriously give Bree and her team some recognition for all their hard work and wonderful attitudes, it's rare in this post-COVID world we live in, that I find this level of care in any industry- Let alone a fast food change. Seriously, guys, they're epic."

"Went through the drive through this morning Terrible. Arby’s is my wife’s fave. But first, the woman on the speaker was rude. A pet peeve is “anything else. Anything else. Anything else” and getting more and more rude each time. Then pulling us forward because they didn’t want timer going up like that’s our fault they weren’t prepared for lunch. AND THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTINGLY MADE AND COLD. The Jamocha shake was nearly white and tasted nothing like mocha or coffee. Never going back here again This location needs to be shut down"

"I stopped in to try the New Real Country Style Rib Sandwich. It was pretty good, more of a smokehouse flavor than BBQ. Not my favorite sandwich. Staff was friendly and the sandwich came quickly. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking."
