"People often have mixed experiences with this place, but I’m leaning towards liking it. Pecos Bill is a counter service place where you can eat Tex-mex in an old west saloon. The atmosphere wasn’t very exciting, but there’s a variety of condiments to choose from, and the place was clean. The service was quick with our orders, and was friendly with us. However, you may need to wait in line without mobile ordering! The quality of the food isn’t at the highest standard, but was delicious. The meats had a lot of flavor to them, and the cilantro rice wasn’t overwhelming. The chips and queso were creamy & flavorful. However, I thought the pinto beans weren’t that great. Overall, Pecos Bill is arguably the best counter service restaurant in the Magic Kingdom."
"Good place to sit down and have a meal, however, I had higher hopes for this place based on reviews. I had the nachos with beef, mini churros and a pink limo made slushy. The nachos were good. The churros were too hard and not hot enough. The slushy was good. Nothing was wow. Even though I know this is a grab and go place, I was hoping to get good quality food since the prices are so high. I would have preferred Taco Bell. Service was slow but the employees were great, one even helped us carry trays. The atmosphere was good but very crowded. Happy to have somewhere to sit indoors though. My husband and mother in law weren’t a fan of the taco trio as she said “where is the cheese”? I guess we had to pay extra for that? My son was happy with this kids meal."
"This was delicious! The chicken bowl was so filling and had high-quality fillings (cilantro rice, roasted peppers and onions, and pinto beans). The nachos were also yummy. The tacos were a bit dry—definitely the least exciting option. Seating can obviously get crowded, but there’s a lot of indoor space here."
"The drinks were pre-poured so they were all flat and watered down by the time they reached customers. We have food allergies and they were prompt in bringing out someone to clarify allergies. The online listing didn't match what the person said as the tortilla strips are listed as gluten free but I was told they actually aren't due to how they are handled. That should be updated on the allergen menu. From ordering to receiving food took between 20-30min, it does normally take longer due to the food allergies. The restauraunt was packed when we went at 1-2pm. Cilantro rice: tasted good Pinto beans: plain, needed salt Chicken nachos: very greasy, chicken was flavorful, chips got soggy from drowning in grease Chicken rice bowl: flavorful, needed no extra seasoning, the chicken had a lot of gristle Cheeseburgers: gluten free buns were hard and falling apart, meat tasted like a cooked frozen patty The salsa is just containers of tostitos salsa, very inauthentic I wouldn't come back here. Wasn't bad just wasn't great. Looking around I realized my daughter didn't ever get her orange or apple slices that are supposed to come with the kids meal. This is probably the worst park food we've had. No one got sick yet so there's that. Update: everyone got sick very quickly after eating here. I think it was the amount of grease in the food."
"I like the size of this restaurant and the food they offer, there is tons of indoor and outdoor seating and a decent menu. The chicken fajita platter was delicious and you can basically just make a burrito bowl out of your toppings. When we ordered It was pretty hectic inside the restaurant but we got our food very quickly."
