Optimal Imaging: Westside

"A representative from St. Vincent's Scheduling Dept said that my copayment would be $101.00, which is incorrect! My plan benefit for a free standing imaging facility like the one at 6488 103rd Street- Westside, Jacksonville, Florida 32210 is 0. If I were to get my Ultrasound done at a hospital then it would be a Flat rate of $100.00, so where did she get the price above from? Be careful with these overcharging facilities, make sure to confirm with your Health Insurance companies before scheduling your appointments."

"Have been trying to get imaging done, was told they couldn't schedule until they receive the order, I sent over the order which did not have doctors signature on it so still couldn't schedule, I got doctor's office to fax over the requested documents the office called me to schedule once they received the order, got to my scheduled appointment only to be told that they didn't have the signed order to do my imaging!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone dropped the ball and didn't scan/upload my documents into the system because they wouldn't actually SCHEDULE an appointment unless they HAD the documents. So now I am trying to get them the information this is very frustrating"

"Took forever for them to have me checked in I came in and no one was at the desk at all and I literally waited 10 minutes to have her finally come up there . The phone rang and they didn’t even hear that . I won’t say it’s bad but they need to be making sure they are checking frequently for patients"
