"The customer service is so bad.they lie to you so they won’t have to make your order. How is that a store is out of butter for over 2 weeks ? When trying to support local business , but the owner has people who don’t care working there. They refuse to give owners information and when addressed, they don’t even wait until you get out the door and start talking about you smh so unprofessional. They need to revamp their staff who cares about customers and want to sell and service. Not someone who is going to want to be there for 8 hrs and do minimum. If this were my business I would want to know what is going on . Especially loyal customers being treated wrong. Not knowing there are plenty of other places I can go to and maybe will. New coffee shop opening real soon. Starbucks right up the street too … very disappointed …"

"store looks abandoned. facade with burnt lighting. A cashier playing on his cell phone mistreated an elderly woman who had difficulty opening the door. Terrible attendance. I would even say to look at the cameras on 12/18/23 at 8:30 PM, but like everything in this nojanna, it must or may not work. I will be happy not to indicate"

"I give the girl that took care of five stars the cook this day terrible, one of my orders was a croissant with sausage and egg no cheese as you can see the picture the egg /cold cheese on top of the eggajd top of the crossant Egg and sausage barely made it in the croissant was practically hanging out of the crossant. I already was driving back to Leesburg had to go back, no manager in charge the girl who helped me has disabilities, she was sweet went to the cook to tell him to re do the croissant he even came out to look at me, Seriously is just an egg and sausage in a toasted croissant that is it, he couldn't do that right."
