"2/6/24: I wanted to provide an update on my original review. The owner, Lisa, and manager, Tanner, responded immediately to the review with a corrective action and path to a resolution. They were handcuffed with their loyalty program due to an inconsistent supply of the SWAG in their loyalty program, something out of their control. They were patient and kind and focussed on resolving the issues I had. They say it is not how you fall but how you pick yourself back up that matters and in this particular case they did a tremendous job in reestablishing my loyalty to them. I have adjusted my star rating accordingly. Great job Chicken Salad Chick! ============original review======= Nice place for lunch with alternative choices over the usual burger. Reward program is poorly managed. Exchanged points for a large cooler on June 23, 2023 and they keep saying check back as it was not in stock. Going on 7 months and growing tired of them telling me to check back. They need to honor their program or risk a BBB false marketing complaint being filed."

"First time visiting this place very nice environment and staff however my issue is for a total bill of $35 I got a salad that consisted of 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 grape tomatoes my partner had a trio and her soup was cold like it had been sitting out for a 15 minutes prior needless to say I will not be recommending this place to anybody you are better off going to chic fila down the street. I know times are rough but this place is clearly a money grab and a rip off"

"My husband loves the Classic Carol. I love the pimiento cheese and the Pina colada pie. Their chicken salads are all finely minced with very little mayo. I prefer a little more mayo and chucks of chicken. It's definitely tasty though. Price is a little high but so is everything in The Villages. The customer service and rewards program are both excellent."

"This was my first visit. I was unsure on how to order and the different flavors of chicken salad so I had to get someone to help me. I am not sure if you are able to taste a couple before deciding but that would be helpful. I got the classic and it was very good. The restaurant was clean. They are constantly walking around the restaurant clearing tables."

"This was my first time here, everything was clean. The food was so yummy. No chlorine tasting water. They had slices of lemon for your water. They even have samples out front before you go in! The grape salad was delicious too!"
