"As my wife and I walked up to the counter the 3 men working started at us without speaking a word to us. The one gentlemen wearing a mask mumbled something as they all looked as us which got a chuckle from his coworkers. We ordered anyway, we then filled our cup with come zero which tasted awful so we dumped and tried diet coke which was equally as bad as the first. My wife asked for a refund for the drink and we would just buy a bottle of soda. Which they did change us out for the soda. Over all the food was ok at best. But the atmosphere of the restaurant was uncomfortable as the crew made it as though all 8 customers in the store was a aggravation. As a company I recommend a deeper look into the performance of this branch before it further discredits your brand"

"Sorry, But I had one of the worst Steak and Cheese subs I've ever had. Steak had no flavor at all, and it didnt seem cooked all the way, they also put way too much steak. Bread wasn't even toasted. Other than the food being horrible, the people that work there are great. I would not recommend having a steak and cheese though!"

"Firehouse Subs - I will compare them to the other big sub chain, Subway. I believe the quality here is better than Subway. The rolls are definitely better. They have soup on their menu as well, which was very good. This shop had more tables and a better atmosphere than subway as well. The food, my husband had the meatball sub which was good and was parmed and then baked. I had the veggie which was okay. The ordering is a bit labored as you have to start at what they list and start deleting what you do not want into their computer system instead of just saying yes or no to the employee as they make it . This takes much too much time so Subways system is better. Even after it was delivered to our table an adjustment had to be made. And the soup took a bit to get there after that. Soto conclude, the food is better, ordering system not so good unless you get it 'their way'. The restaurant itself has handicap accessible parking, entrance and restroom. It was clean and the staff was pleasant and welcomed you on entering and wished a good day upon leaving."
