"PUBIC HAIR ON FOOD. My husband and I came in to watch a game and have some wings. Let’s just say my chicken wing was COVERED in what looked like pubic hair. What’s worse is I had eaten the darn thing then looked down and almost threw up. There were like 3 or 4 on there. We were then just asked if maybe we’d like a burger instead???? Is that with or without the pubes? Absolutely flippen disgusting. And please BWW refrain from giving us your lousy, “ Oh, so sorry about your experience” bull. You all need to be checked by the health department."

"Always been a big fan of bww Clermont and loved the Thursday 2 for 1 boneless wing night. But this time was so disappointing. The service was terrible. Outside almost nobody looked around or asked what we want. But a big joke was the super small mini wings. With 30 for 15 we even stayed hungry in the end. Not gonna do it again ;("

"Gave Buffalo Wild Wings another shot after my kids were begging me to try the wings. I must say it was a great experience, the food was fresh, the service was on point, and the environment was fun. Also, big screens to watch your favorite games."

"We were disappointed with the food at this location at a previous visit, but decided to give them another try. On this visit, the service was good and staff friendly, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing once again. We got the boneless wings with the new bourbon sauce, and the wings were more breading than meat, and the meat that was there was dry and tough. We did mention to our server our disappointment with the boneless wings and she did bring out an extra little cup of sauce, which helped a bit, but some of the wings were so dry that they were inedible. We also ordered a side of cheese curds, and the curds we got had a lot of small pieces that were mostly breading. The few curds that contained a decent amount of cheese were tough and barely warm. (By comparison, the curds at Culver's are larger, have better consistency and are served hot) We wanted to try the cauliflower 'wings', but were told they ran out of cauliflower. Finally, we ordered 2 side salads and they were ok, but there wasn't much to them...mostly a handful of lettuce and 4 thin slices of tomato. After this second meal failure, it will be a while before we consider returning. :-("
