"I went for a pelvic ultrasound and the ultrasound tech was very unprofessional. There was no given privacy when needed to undress in front of them and the scribe. Also they used a lot of lube for the intravaginal exam and when asked to get a hygienic towel or wipes to clean the excess she pointed to the wall of paper towels for me to get up and get it myself."

"Worst service ever. To get an appointment took months, never answer phone and certainly do not returns recorded messages for a call back. Found out about the appointment finally been made, cause of calls to my doctor. These people have no regard or consideration to people's time. When I finally to the Dixie Hwy location, since it was difficult to find and they have no number to which to call to get directions, everything with this company is shrouded in mystery. When I got there checking is was very easy and organized and then came a woman named Barbara, Barbara does not have a bedside manner for patients, what is worse, is that I do not think, she knows the word bedside manner. It is all very mechanical and ascetic. Never will I return to that facility. Have a previous experience with the facility on 72 ST and was very pleasant, but Barbara made me get up and leave."

"This place is blessed with THE kindest staff - especially nuclear medicine. They are affordable and they try their best to be good to all of their patients. They are also quite punctual for a medical office!!! Kindness changes everything and for me, they have changed a usually miserable experience in one where I am actually looking forward to go do a test. I wish all the medical testing facilities had this quality"

"Honest review. I got scared when I got there because of the amount of people in the waiting area, however I was done with two studies in 45 minutes. Scheduling was great, Ana was very nice and proactive with my new insurance. The VT scan technician also very nice.Receptionists a little dry. But overall, I'm satisfied"
