"OK, this is the first time I get to do this in a very long time. I went to this McDonald's today. I was in line less than 10 minutes and they got my order right, and they were polite and had your customer service."

"Super rude staff to say the least! See you waiting, and just keep on walking by, and looking at you without even acknowledging you. As soon as a Caucasian guy comes in three of them came up front to assist him with a perky smile. Then they acknowledged me. Mind y’all I was there for maybe ten minutes while they were gossiping. Then the lady had the nerve to get smart with me. I believe she’s a manager I couldn’t see her name tag. She treats her staff horrible as well yelling at them like they’re her children. I wouldn’t dare spend my money here ever I don’t care if it was the last place on earth!"

"We came through the drive thru on this visit. They parked us for 6 $1 cheeseburgers, which is fine it was a lot, and they need to watch their times, but then it took 20 minutes to bring us our food. I wasn't to happy about that."

"I give them a three star because this particular McDonald's is always out of something major like soda or ice cream or straws or a complete food. I can't blame this on the staff members,I blame either the management or corporate. It's really inconvenient to order a value meal and hear I'm sorry we have no soda today or sorry no eggs for your egg McMuffin. The staff members are nice, the food they can prepare is hot and fresh and served in a reasonable time."

"Tonight we came to McDonald’s for carryout dinner. The drive thru was crazy but understandably, young staff but I will tell you they made our visit kind and refreshing. Being in the hospitality field I understand when things happen. They helped us and yes the wait was long but I will say we didn’t even mind because they were respectful and kind. Holly was the sweetest young lady. Thank you very much. The reasoning for such high stars will definitely go to Holly."
