"Terrible terrible experience. I just left this quest and I can’t stop crying from how much pain I’m in. The lady who was taking out my blood was extremely passive. When she poked my arm, it hurt SOOOOO much and I asked her to please remove it because it’s never felt like that when I take out blood and she refused. She just kept getting my blood as I was crying next to her. I felt so vulnerable and violated. I’m still in so much pain after the needle has been removed. My arm is in so much pain I can’t stop crying."

"To start, no way to communicate with the office. By phone, you are directed to the page which only have appointments options. In person, there’s no one in the front desk to ask questions. A nightmare to pick up or drop off specimens, basically you have to be ready and jump to the employees when open the door to be seen and ask your questions or ask for your specimens kits. Also, the webpage and the hours time do not match. Today, 12/30/23 @ 11:30 was closed when the page said it was opened. Had to throw away the samples and guess will have to do everything again next week. I am a health care worker and don’t understand the staff shortage excuse."

"Very bad stuff waiting 2 hours after my appointment time . And they come to ask be patient because they are short in stuff . Have to back to work and can’t reschedule any appointments. Totally don’t recommend this place at all . Go to lab corp more respectfully with appointment. It’s almost 1 pm and they still service people from 10:40."
