"I order from McAllister‘s at least two-three times per week. Everything that I have tried from there has been fantastic. My only problem is that when you order through their website, you can’t order a bowl of chili or a bowl of certain soups without having to order it through the Pick Two option. There are many times that I or more coworkers only want a bowl of chili or soup without having to buy it with another item. I reached out to the location about this annoying issue and they claim that it’s something that they cannot fix. I don’t understand how they don’t have the capability to have something fixed on their own website to make it easy for people to order exactly what it is that that they want. The food is delicious, but we really wish that they would just do what is necessary to make this change in their website so that we can order from their website just as easily as we can order from the location and physically go to pick it up. We get a short lunch break, so delivery is what we prefer. It doesn’t make much sense. If it’s your business, you should be able to make those changes so the customer can something without having to order something else with it. I’m pretty sure it can be fixed."
"Got turned on to McAlister's because I told a friend I was desperately in need of a good baked potato. And WOW does McAlister's deliver on that. Biggest potatoes I've ever seen, and they'll make them however you like. Oh, and they're DELICIOUS. I got my baked potato fix. Now if I can just got to get around to trying all of their other awesome looking food."
"This was my first trip to McAlister’s, but it certainly won’t be my last! I had the New Yorker and it was amazing. The meats were tender and delicious and the overall sandwich was a 10/10. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an elevated deli sandwich."
"Decided to go to McAlister's for the first time. When we walked in there was menus, but to order you need to go to the counter. Don't be afraid to tell them that it's your first time going to McAlister's. The Employee that waited on us was helpful and friendly. I decided to order the "Choose 2" and my choices were the half Spud with cheese, bacon, and sour Cream. My 2nd choice was the king Club. I ordered the Ice Tea to drink. My Husband ordered the McAlister's club with pickle and Ice Tea. Carrot cake was our choice to share. We were given a number to put on our table and they would bring the order to us. The employee that waited on us had our food out to us right away and even came back to see if we needed more Tea. My 1/2 King Club was more than enough, and the baked potato looked delicious. Potato was warm but could have been a little warmer. Sandwich was delicious. Ice Tea was good. My husband's said his McAlister's Club Sandwich was delicious. The Carrot cake was also Delicious. When going to the bathroom we noticed that a few tiles was knocked off the wall. Toilet was clean, sink was clean. There was plenty of soap and paper towels. Both the ladies and the men's bathroom look like it needed some repairs. There was a few tables that could have used weiping down in the dining area. Other than the potato not being hot enough, the food was good. That is why I am giving them 4 stars. I will be back in the future to see if they improve."
"I have been to McAllister’s maybe 15 years ago in NM and it was about average a well. Mildly better than Subway but less exciting than Panera Bread. They have potatoes but I’ve never tried them. For two people both having a sandwich and a cup of soup as the side and two beverages it was $50. And they did offer a military discount. Saving us 10% so that was nice. Most places don’t have that. The chicken salad sandwich on the crescent was just meh, same with the potato soup. My sister had the Ruben and said it was good. It’s just nothing I’d go back to again or ever tell anyone as a recommendation. There really isn’t any flavor or anything special about the place. There were some tables with trash on them so you can tell the staff isn’t able to pay attention to that and the line was very slow and only 2 people ahead of us. It’s not that it’s bad … just not good either. It’s hard to explain… maybe I’m not ordering the best item. Who knows."
