"The place needs a face lift. The drive-through is extremely tight for larger vehicles, Get rid of the fence and the massive overhang! It is a safety problem. The staff rocks! People there deserve kudos. The food..ehhh. i used to go to Checkers as a kid. Made the long trip to the location on Bearss since there wasn't one locally. My buddy and I cherrished those days. Unfortunately, shrink-flation strikes again! It seems they try to cover this up by drowning it in condiments. I'm not sure. The quality of the chicken sandwich has decli ed dramatically. This is not on the location, but the idiots above, in the offices, wearing suits and ties! Shame on the executives. Tou owe your employees and customers more than that!"

"The service here was dispicable to say the least. Location manager refused to give me the District management number after having an attitude and proceeded to slam the window on me. They should not be in a place of management and I'm disappointed, and lost my appetite after this interaction. It shows that the location disapproved of mobile orders due to their sloppiness when it came down to the food. We order 4 value meal deals and the worker forgot about drinks, this is fine but she then asked for us to come up to the window to get the drinks after she forgot about them. I did walk to the window but the drinks were covered in soda. Very displeased with this and I will not be buying here ever again. Havent had this bad of an experience in a long time."

"I just want to know how hard it is to follow directions that were told to them on speaker and at the god damn window that was repeated about 5 times and still get my god damn order wrong! Please how hard it is to make a burger with the CUSTOMERS request when they were told over and over again. Wow you people really need to find a new job and corporate needs to come out and fire half them people bc I had hair in my burger the other day now they put onion on it when I'm allergic and made it clear I was."

"Having a hair in my food and it’s not the first time neither it’s been a while I came here last time and now that I came back here again there’s a random small hair which is weird because before it wasn’t like this and now it is?"

"My Coke was without most of the syrup so it was mostly seltzer water. It was clearly light colored. When I brought it back to the walk up window it took a full minute before anyone even acknowledged me. It took a couple minutes for someone to get me a new one. Then I received a new one that wasn't full and they didn't take the bad one. So I had to dump it out myself and throw the cup away. I wish they would have just reused the cup, lid and straw instead of costing themselves more and wasting one. Normally I have had better service at this Checkers."
